Quvelnora is operated by Shenzhen Shixiong Technology Co., Ltd., with company address Room 901, No. 22, Tanluo Villa Area, Huarong Community, Dalang Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China. Owner: Zhan Guiying. These terms govern use of our website and purchases, together with the relevant product information, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not interfere with the service, misuse another person’s account, submit malicious content or infringe the rights of others. Keep your account credentials secure. Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter the transaction.

Products and images

Descriptions focus on the information available for each item. Product and lifestyle images are AI-generated styling illustrations, not photographs of verified physical items. Props are not included, and colors may differ by screen. Do not infer dimensions, materials, certifications, opening mechanisms, wind ratings or UV protection from an illustration. Contact us before ordering if a particular feature is essential.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Payment is processed through the methods made available at checkout. Your bank may charge separate currency-conversion fees. We do not guarantee that a product remains available until an order is accepted.

Orders, corrections and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. If an item cannot be supplied, a price or description error needs correction, or a transaction raises a legitimate verification concern, we will contact you and arrange a lawful resolution, including a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute materially different goods without agreement. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation before dispatch.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy sets out destinations, rates, processing and transit estimates. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day request window, return address, postage responsibility and approved refund timing. Those policies form part of these terms. Delivery estimates do not remove your mandatory rights when goods are not delivered as agreed.

Safe use and care

Follow the instructions provided with your umbrella. Open it away from faces and traffic, avoid thunderstorms and strong winds, and allow it to dry before storage. Children should be supervised around opening mechanisms and pointed parts. No unsupported protection rating is promised.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Website branding, original text and imagery may not be reproduced for commercial use without authorization. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not constitute an endorsement. Shopify provides the platform used to operate this store.

Privacy and responsibility

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable care to maintain the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes may be brought before a competent court in the company’s location in Shenzhen. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use or transactions by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
